Astral Pedestrian

Astral Pedestrian - Shining

'Shining' is a slightly different story to the previous Astral Pedestrian album 'Aural Illusions,' recorded in 2006 after AP had completed both the 'NEU World Order' and 'Stumble' album, both having clearly influenced the sound. It is an instrumental journey which passes through Krautrock, PSY, Post-Rock and ambient. A world influence is also present courtesy of the predominant violin, tabla and other percussion fused with piano meanderings.

Astral Pedestrian - Aural Illusions

Aural Illusions a mostly ambient album predominantly featuring guitar, ebow, MS20, flute, violin, and a variety of percussion instruments and has a mellow, melancholic beauty. Although the album contains traces of other Astral Pedestrian past projects such as Lost in the Process and Nazca Nine, it is much less rhythm intensive, with a dream-like quality. This is absolute chill out... Available as an zipped(103mb) hi-quality mp3 album (256kbs).
